These Terms of Service govern your use of PolicyPilot, a product of Bazl Ltd. By creating an account or using PolicyPilot, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
PolicyPilot is an AI-powered remote work policy intelligence platform operated by Bazl Ltd ("Bazl", "we", "us"). It provides three tools: Create Policy (AI-assisted policy generation), Analyse Policy (document risk assessment), and FlexCheck (individual employee remote work risk screening).
PolicyPilot is intended for use by HR professionals, People teams, and organisations managing remote and hybrid workforces. The platform's outputs are intended to assist decision-making and do not constitute legal advice.
To use PolicyPilot you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Access to PolicyPilot may be provided directly or through an authorised provider organisation. Provider administrators may manage credit allocation and have visibility of usage data for accounts in their organisation.
PolicyPilot uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are purchased in packages and consumed when you use the platform's tools:
All prices are quoted in USD. Credits are charged at session creation and are non-refundable once a session has been initiated, except where required by law or at our discretion.
Free credits may be allocated by Bazl or your provider and are used before paid credits. Free credits may have an expiry and cannot be converted to cash.
You agree to use PolicyPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Always consult a qualified legal professional before implementing any policy or making employment decisions based on risk assessments produced by the platform.
Bazl makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular jurisdiction or situation. Employment law, tax regulations, and compliance requirements vary and change frequently. You are responsible for verifying the appropriateness of any output for your specific circumstances.
The PolicyPilot platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bazl Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of any documents, data, and content you upload to the platform.
You grant Bazl a limited licence to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the platform's services. We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We aim to provide PolicyPilot as a reliable, continuously available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may conduct scheduled maintenance, and occasional outages may occur. We will notify users of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazl Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PolicyPilot, including but not limited to employment disputes, regulatory penalties, or legal costs arising from reliance on platform outputs.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bazl in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@bazl.io. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
On termination, your access to the platform will cease and unused paid credits will be refunded pro-rata at our discretion. Free credits are non-refundable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of PolicyPilot after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
