The gap was always

Across two decades working in Global Mobility and Employer of Record solutions, Chris Fogarty saw the same scenario play out at organisations of every shape and size: a senior employee wants to work remotely from another country, a new hire is based somewhere the company has no entity, a policy written before hybrid work became the norm is quietly governing decisions nobody is scrutinising.
